The location is marvellous and particularly good just off major attractions, a capital city where tourism is so important, and the business district, and the rooms are spacious...

I keep coming back because it's perfect for me. They helped me find the place I needed. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, dryer, kettle, A/C, airport shuttle. No pets/smoking. Can't wait for my next trip!

The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine at this apartment made me feel like a seasoned chef, whipping up delicious meals for myself and my travel companions. It was like having my very own culinary playground!
Drilling noise outside in the morning.

The location is absolutely mind-blowing, right in the center of everything! It's super easy to get to all the top attractions and must-visit places. The lady who welcomed us didn't speak much English, but she tried her best and it wasn't really a problem. The apartment itself was stunning, so clean and modern, with a charming old building. The easy walk to all the main sights, shopping, and restaurants was jaw-dropping. Having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus, especially after weeks of traveling. The host was incredibly helpful, even carrying our luggage. one of the best experiences ever!

Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The location was super central and conveniently close to all the must-visit spots in Rome. The local insights from the lady who showed us the apartment were helpful despite the language barrier. The host - David - was amazing and arranged affordable airport transportation.
Can't recommend highly enough!

Stayed at a "wifi-free" apartment, perfect for those who want to escape the digital world. Also, enjoyed the thrill of negotiating three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage.
Such a shame there was no coffee machine or toaster, guess I'll have to find a cafe for my morning caffeine fix.

Free WiFi, so I could Instagram my dusty room and broken TV. Convenient location for exploring, but I had to overcome the urge to burn the dirty kitchen.
A cleaning service that understands the concept of "clean," and TVs that actually work. Is that too much to ask?

Stayed at Balestra Palace for a few days and it was the most centrally located property in Rome. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and well-furnished with IKEA items. The host, David, was very accommodating and helped us with airport transfers. The apartment itself was stunning, clean, and modern, situated in a charming old building. The location was mind-blowing, with major attractions like Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum just a short walk away. A perfect base to explore the city.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of Balestra Palace was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all the main sights, and there were plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. It was like we were in the center of everything. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, David, was also great and made sure our transportation to and from the airport was arranged smoothly. Despite a few minor issues, like the TV not working and the language barrier with the check-in staff, we still had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend staying at Balestra Palace for its unbeatable location and comfortable accommodations.
